2. Products & Pricing

All products sold on sportsworldnewyork.com are officially licensed New York Yankees merchandise. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product and notify you of the cancellation.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay where available.

Order confirmation emails are sent upon successful placement. Receipt of a confirmation email does not guarantee availability; we will notify you if an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates, estimated delivery times, and carrier information are detailed on our Shipping Information page. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holiday volume.

Title and risk of loss for items purchased from us pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our return policy is detailed on our Returns & Exchanges page. We accept returns within 60 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Return shipping is provided at no cost to you via prepaid label. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

6. Intellectual Property

All New York Yankees trademarks, logos, and team imagery are property of MLB and the New York Yankees. All site content, including text, images, and design, is the property of Sports World New York or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sports World New York is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or purchase of products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the item in question.

9. Governing Law
