No one is handing the ball to Gerrit Cole for Game 1 of the American League Division Series.

It's a little bit surprising since Gerrit Cole was one of the rotation stalwarts this season, but if -- and it's still a big if at this point -- he gets the assignment, the Yankees know there's going to be trouble.
